Back-to-Back VIQRC Events at Teatime Robotics

Two competitions, two days, and a major milestone - this weekend marked our fifth event hosted by Teatime Robotics!

A huge thank you to all 35 teams who joined us this weekend, and to Andy at Haileybury School for partnering with us to deliver another fantastic competition. It’s been amazing to see the progress everyone has made since our last event!

Teatime Christmas Special - Event Recap

On Saturday 13th December, we hosted the "Teatime Christmas Special" at Wormley Community Centre, welcoming 19 VIQRC teams for a fast-paced afternoon of qualification matches, finals and skills runs. The standard of play was brilliant throughout the day, with tight matches and consistently strong scoring. The top 5 at the end of TeamWork matches were 27493X, 34701A, 31748E , 21549D, and 1064A.

Robot Skills Champion:

27493X - Cerberus (with a 185 total skills high score: 119 Driver + 66 Programming)

Haileybury Xmas Teatime Special - Event Recap

On Sunday 14th December, Teatime Robotics teamed up with Haileybury School to run the "Haileybury Xmas Teatime Special", welcoming 16 VIQRC teams for another lively day of Mix & Match action. The finals were tight, with 31932C and 1064A finishing at the top, followed closely by 6876X and 1043C.
